Nope. You need a Telegram account (free) and a few minutes to answer our onboarding questions. We handle everything else — building your Ally, setting it up, and deploying it. You just start chatting.

Yes. Cancel your subscription anytime from your client portal. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Your Ally stays active until the end of your billing period.

If you have your own API key from an AI provider (like Anthropic or OpenAI), you can bring it and we'll use it for your Ally. This can reduce your monthly costs if you have access to volume pricing. Available on all tiers.

Business plans are for teams of 10 or more. Each user gets their own fully private Ally — not a shared one. You're billed per seat per month: $60/user for Team Pro, $120/user for Team Elite. Enterprise pricing is custom and can flex to any team size. Contact us and we'll put together a proposal — typically within one week.
